What we collect
Your account email, the resume you upload, job postings you paste, and the documents the pipeline produces for you. Payment details go directly to Stripe; we never see your card number.
How your resume data is used
Only to provide the service you request: parsing your profile, scoring job fit, tailoring documents, and generating reviewer feedback. We do not sell resume data, share it with employers, use it for advertising, or keep a separate copy for our own model training.
AI service providers
To generate results, relevant resume and job-posting text is processed by our contracted OpenAI and Anthropic API services. Their commercial API terms do not use inputs or outputs for model training by default. Standard API safety logs may be retained by those providers for up to 30 days unless a shorter or zero-retention agreement applies. We do not opt your content into provider training or feedback programs.
Encryption & storage
Resume data is encrypted at rest. The uploaded file itself is processed in memory and is not placed in permanent file storage. Extracted resume data and generated documents are kept in your account only so you can edit or re-download them. You can delete an application, your saved resume, or your entire account at any time.
One-click deletion
Account settings include a single control that deletes your profile, uploaded resumes, generated documents, and feedback history from the active service. Provider safety logs and encrypted backups expire under their limited retention schedules; payment and security records may be kept when law or fraud prevention requires it.
GDPR
We are GDPR-aligned by design: you can export your data, correct it, or erase it. For data requests, contact us; we respond within 30 days.
Cookies & analytics
We use essential cookies for sign-in sessions and privacy-respecting product analytics to understand which features work. First-party analytics receives allowlisted event names, approximate page paths, campaign labels, anonymous session IDs, and operational counts, not resume text, job-posting text, generated documents, names, email addresses, phone numbers, full URLs, or advertising click IDs. Optional Google, Meta, and LinkedIn advertising measurement loads only after you choose Allow measurement, and you can change that choice from the footer. Those optional tags receive conversion categories, campaign attribution, approximate page paths, and purchase value, never your resume, job posting, generated documents, or contact details.
